Thanks for taking the time to scan our list of “need to knows”. This will help us hit the ground running when we arrive at your meeting slot and ensure we keep well within the 60-minutes.

  • You’ll be pleased to hear that no research or preparation is needed prior to your slot! Just bring yourself.
  • Please arrive 5-minutes prior to your slot.

Your equipment

  • Please use a laptop or desktop computer, not a tablet or mobile phone.
  • The meeting will take place on Zoom so we ask that you ensure:
  • You can access zoom either via your web browsers or by installing the app.
  • Your chosen device has access to a web camera which we will ask you to have turned on for the full duration of the meeting.
  • Your chosen device needs to have a microphone and speakers for us to hear each other.

During the session

  • Please note that we will be recording the session. This recording will only be used by us to refer to our observations, they will not be shared with anyone else.
  • During the session we will be asking you to share your web browser screen with us. Just so you’re prepped, you can easily share your screen with us by following two simple steps outlined below.

Payment

Payment will be made within 30-days of your meeting and will be paid via bank transfer from the Sports Tours Company. In order for the payment to be made, please complete the following form.

Your telephone number will only be used for the Operator’s Finance Department to make contact with you and confirm bank details.
